SHIPPING POLICY
On occasions Sense Aroma offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers can receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the Sense Aroma mailing list. Sense Aroma will ship to the UK & Ireland, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

£5.99 flat fee for domestic, UK & NI (Free Shipping on all orders above £50)
£12.00 flat fee for all international countries we ship to.

Orders will be sent using either DPD or Royal Mail. DPD tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

The processing time for orders is up to 5 working days. We do not offer a weekend delivery service. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. If your order is urgent, please call 01733 341000 for a more accurate delivery time.

We are not responsible for any delays to shipping that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, air or ground strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

If a parcel is returned by the shipper, we will contact you to discuss your options. We can either refund your goods, the carriage will not be refunded. Or we can resend your order, for this we will re-charge carriage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unwanted Products

An unwanted product can be returned for a refund within 21 days of delivery providing it is still in its original, unopened packaging and unused. This is in addition to your statutory rights. We do not cover the cost of return. Please contact us before returning any goods on 01733 341000.

Faulty Products
​
If your product develops a fault, please refer to the trouble-shooting guide or call us for advice. We may request images, video or the product back before we can assess the fault. We will where possible replace parts or the item.
